Meet Kate
Kate is an award-winning, multi-million dollar top producing real estate broker in the Chicagoland Area with 20+ years experience in service, sales, marketing, negotiating, and public speaking. Born in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood and growing up in the western suburbs, Kate has life-long local knowledge of the areas she serves.
Kate received the "Best Social Media" Award from Coldwell Banker Realty in 2022 & 2023 and was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the ILC Development Corporation in 2016. Kate owned, operated and opened boutique fitness studios throughout the midwest for over a decade before she transitioned to the real estate industry. She is a certified yoga teacher, barre instructor, and retired ex-personal trainer for 15+ years. Kate’s energy and experience as a fitness coach translates directly when working with clients or speaking on stages.
When she isn’t selling real estate with her kindergarten sweetheart, producing video content, or speaking on stages around the world, she enjoys teaching yoga & barre at local boutique fitness studios to stay healthy & connect with her community. She can also be found traveling, reading + listening to audiobooks, gardening, and spending time with her Siberian Husky, “Sofi”.
